The BSA Scorpion SE is their mid range rifle with a high specification at an affordable price. The Scorpion is the bigger brother of the Ultra and takes on a similar shape, but with a longer cylinder, barrel and longer stock.
The Scorpion uses BSA bolt action system with their spring loaded magazine system for fast, and reliable reloading on each shot. The pellets are loaded into a BSA cold hammer forged barrel which are all made in Birmingham to specific tolerances to ensure that down range accuracy is uncompromised.
The stocks are made by Minelli in Italy to the highest of standards and are ergonomically shaped to prevent fatigue and discomfort when using the rifle for extended periods of time. The Real Tree finish is printed onto soft touch rubber, which is then wrapped over a beech stock for a solid and long lasting feel and finish.
The hammer system incorporates a light weight 'Fast Strike' hammer for increased efficiency, and the max fill pressure of 232 bar means that up to 65 shots can be achieved in .177 calibre and up to 100 shots in .22 calibre.
